Another great chapter, but damn.. Poor Reiji, I’m glad he’s not going to do anything stupid but it must suck to realize that a wikipedia page describes your whole life in a nutshell. I wonder if after the series ends they’ll do a short timeskip with Mimi and Reiji babies, as well as Rin and Aoki ones? That’d be pretty damn cute. Kuro would probably obsess over her children.
Anyways, Reiji looks handsome! The top hat is a bit much, but still looks great. Mimi has good, or rather interesting, taste

That suit at the end is similar to the one that Lelouch wears in Nunnally’s OVA.
uhh that suit was kinda like one you get buried in….it also kinda gave me that feeling of a father passing on the bride.
On this chapter Watashiya-sensei wanted to show that sometimes, people telling to you how wrong you are, what you need to do, can have the opposite effect to the expected one… That sometimes people just needs time alone and a little push to make up their minds and souls. Looks like Reiji finally saw the lights, and finally will move on his life.
About the rest… This was a chapter full of symbolics. Kuro using an iPhone (Watashiya-sensei is an Apple product’s fan), Reiji’s Suit (Looks like the one that Aoki uses on that pic made by sensei, where he’s along to Rin, which is using a bride dress) Rin and Mimi talking about “their future babies”, and many, many others, which shows that were on the last leap from this great story.

That was close. Reiji almost fell victim to Wikipedia-Self-Diagnosis-Trauma. Aoki to the rescue!
Reiji’s dress at graduation is white tie and tails, which is the highest level of formality, but not all that unusual. Symphony conductors nearly always wear it. If you watch Downton Abbey you will see it routinely. Presidents wear it at special parties (easy to find pictures of both Bush and Obama in white tie). Of course it is wildly inappropriate for an elementary school graduation but KW is making a point, that Reiji has had a sort of conversion experience. In the wedding pictures Aoki is wearing tails but a bluish tie.
On page 18, there’s a spelling error:
“This causes a severe negative influence…”

“Don’t tell me *he* really isn’t…”
